Here, you’ll find a Patient in a tub and one in a wheelchair. On the right, there's a button you’ll have to push to get through, so throw one of the soap bars on the floor at it. Crawl through and you'll find glitching remains by a bath tub. Move the box in the back left to reveal a vent. So switch them back on, and head to the back of the room first. Not all of them, but the ones in this area. On the other side of this area, you’ll find a switch to turn some of the lights back on.

Then, quickly climb up the file cabinet at the end of the hallway and climb through the vent. There’ll be a couple Patients lying on the floor that will try to get you, but Mono will automatically shine the flashlight on them while running. Take a right at the end of the hall and keep running. You’ll have to zig-zag through here, but be careful so as not to get too close. You’ll have to run through this next area, as Patient’s hands will push through the holes in the doors to try and grab you. Once you've done that, head back out and down the hallway. Then, go through the door on the left to find glitching remains. There's a hole on the bottom right you can go through. Head into the hallway and back towards the gated area first. Once you climb out, you’ll land on a bed. On the other side, continue left and jump on the metal table to reach the vent. There’ll be a table on the left for you to slide under, and once you’re through there, continue forward.īe prepared for more to come towards you, but make your way towards the door that’s down a little ways on the left and jump through it. Here, you’ll find several more Patients, and a couple will start to move towards you, so be ready with your flashlight. Move down there and head through the door on your left. Once you’re past the Patient, head down the hallway until you see a gated area ahead of you with a couple more of them. Continue through to the next room, where you’ll find Six playing with some of the prosthetic limbs on the floor. Then, take your hammer to smash open a hole in it to get through. There’ll be a box blocking this door, so move it out of the way. It’ll take three swings to fully take it down, but once you have it, you’re in the clear to take the fuse and go left. There’s a hammer on the floor, thankfully, so pick it up and smack it once it comes close.

Here, you’ll find the fuse!īefore grabbing it, though, you’ll have to take care of the hand. Climb up on the table in the middle of the room. Again, be prepared to run, as the hand is lurking close by. Then, climb up the shelves and drop down into this next area. These areas are safe, as it can’t reach this high up. It’ll pop down in front of you, so move around it to reach the table and climb up. You’ll hear the living hand moving around above you, so start sprinting forward. Once you drop down, head down the hallway and through the door on the left. It’ll follow you, so keep moving quickly through the vent. It’ll go underneath to follow you to the other side, so when you have an opening, run to the other side and start climbing up. The living hand will appear and try to get you, so run to the table on the other side and climb up. Climb over the metal shelf in front of you, then drop down. The hand will wiggle off of the body on the operating table, so keep an eye out for it. Push it to the side and crawl underneath the table. Move through this room until you reach a box blocking your way at the end. Six will boost you through it, and now you have to find a way to bring her through. Then, turn around and head all the way down the hallway, past the door you came in. If you head to the back of this area, you’ll also find glitching remains. This will lead you into a hallway with several different prosthetic body parts strewn about. Open it up and head inside.Ĭontinue moving through this very creepy room and through the door on the other side. Then, take the elevator back up and head up to the room with the locked door on the second level to the right of the staircase. Once it’s done, hop back in and grab the key.
